Why should someone QUIT their job and come and work here?
Stop and take a breath and think about it, and think about it again, because that is what it takes. Your ideal candidate in most cases (ok not all, but most cases) is quitting their job, their current career and any opportunities that might be in the pipeline for them, to come and join your organisation.
So there has to be a good reason for it, right, a pull factor, a Why?
I can’t give you hint’s or a checklist, like beers on Fridays or table tennis, or Watermelon Wednesday’s, all nice but none compelling enough for someone to quit their job and come work with you.
So before you start the drive sit down and work out the why?
Why would someone QUIT their job to come work here?
Then when they tum up for interview you can rightfully ask, Why should we hire you?
